$950 Flat Fee Plan: You pay a one-time upfront fee of $950. We will guide you through pricing your home and feature your home on the “MLS” (Multiple Listing Service) for one year. With photos and website exposures to Realtor.com, Listingbook, Trulia, Zillow, Googlebase and many more websites, your home will be viewed by serious Buyers and their Agents. We will place our sign on your property and a keybox to assist us and other agencies in showing your property to Prospective Buyers. We will respond to phone calls and eMails regarding your home. We will also track and make your showing appointments. We will guide you through contracts, negotiations, inspections and closing. All the same services other agents offer, but for LESS! After advance payment of our low fee, you offer a Buyer’s Agent a 2.4% commission from the purchase price to be paid at closing. If you work with an unrepresented Buyer, you pay no Buyer’s Agent commission and we will continue to serve you as a Seller’s Agent at no additional cost. Why pay 5%, 6% or 7% Commissions ?

1.6% Listing Agent Fee: You get benefit of All the services, provided in the Flat Fee Plan with no obligation to pay upfront. We will collect 1.6% of the purchase price from an accepted Offer to Purchase contract, to be paid at closing. (4% Total Commission) Again, you’ll pay nothing more if the Buyer is unassisted. Why pay 5%, 6% or 7% Commissions ?
